There are a number of factors that will determine how long your crown will last. Proper dental hygiene practices are a must, but you should also avoid grinding your teeth or trying to bite very hard food. The type of material the crown or bridge  is made of is also important and at The Dentist, we use the latest materials that have been formulated to last. On average, your crown or bridge will last for a minimum of seven to ten years. If you do maintain a good level of dental care, you can extend the life of your crown or bridge to fifteen years or more.
