But Six Month Smiles have a trick up their sleeve, which means they can achieve this in a much shorter timespan: They bring their gentle straightening pressure to bear only on those teeth which show when we smile. The Six Month Smiles Process
- We’ll begin by taking an impression of your mouth to be sent to the Six Month Smiles laboratory. This lets technicians produce an appliance that’s a perfect fit
- When we receive the brace, we’ll invite you back to the clinic to bond the brackets to your teeth and connect the wires
- Pop back to the clinic every four weeks or so, and we will adjust your Six Month Smiles braces to keep teeth moving in the right direction. Each adjustment brings you one step closer to smile perfection!
- Once treatment is complete, we’ll give you a retainer to stop your teeth moving back into their old position. You can choose from a removable retainer or discreet fixed wire retainer worn behind the teeth

I found The Dentist after searching online for quite some time for a dentist I felt I could trust to fix the issues I was left with. That was very hard for me because I've had terrible experiences in the past (like that one) and felt like I wouldn't be able to find one I could trust. At the consultation James was able to quickly give me options to fix what was done. It was such a relief considering my previous dentist gave me no options, so I didn't think anything could be done.
